Terms & Conditions – Tortuga Speedboat Trips

1. Booking & Payment

  • All tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment is due before or on the day of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Trips may be rescheduled due to weather or sea conditions. In such cases, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund.

3. Weather & Safety

  • Safety is our top priority. The captain has the right to change the itinerary or cancel the trip in case of unsafe weather or sea conditions.

  • Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times during the tour.

  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Health & Responsibility

  • Participants should be in good physical health and must inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special needs.

  • Snorkeling and swimming are at your own risk. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

5. Environmental Responsibility

  • We are committed to protecting marine life. Guests are not allowed to touch or disturb animals or coral reefs.

  • All trash must be taken back on board – please respect the ocean.

6. Liability

  • Tortuga Speedboat is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the tour

  • We recommend that all guests have travel insurance covering water activities.

7. Photos & Media

  • During your trip, we may take photos or videos for promotional use. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear in any media.

  • Guests may bring their own cameras but are responsible for their own equipment.​
